No more hamstrings, have to bend the knee for all forward bending, neck painful. Don’t even think of backward vinyasa.

However I almost did a full Supta Kurmasana, still can not lift my heavy butt from the mat to jump back; but Supta Kurmasana here I come baby……

Forgot Navasana though……..
